To keep fueling our growth, we will reinforce the link between offline online brand experiences. BUTIK is looking for an experienced enthusiastic diginative and business driver. As BUTIK sees phygital as the future for brand activation, we want to integrate it in our structure. Phygital is about blending physical and digital worlds to create an ecosystem between the brand and the consumer. This way we can make our vision tangible and create brand-consumer journeys from live trials to social trails and vice versa.

What is the role of a Phygital Services Manager?

Core purpose:

DRIVE Innovation in the blend between on and offline, the Phygital world.

  • LEAD and nurture the client services team to provide the very highest levels of client servicing.
  • BUILD strong client relationships at the highest level.
  • HELP identify and convert new business opportunities.


  • To lead the process to write and execute client development plans for Key Client Relationships (to deliver revenue targets by client) with focus on phygital.
  • To develop best practice client servicing and to run regular sessions with the client servicing team to share knowledge and experience.
  • To personally lead one or two Key Client Relationships.
  • To seek and develop client development opportunities.
  • To contribute to the process to win new business.

Skills and experience necessary for this role:

As Phygital Services Manager you will be expected to demonstrate skills and experience. Ultimately you will be responsible for the guidance and development of your co-workers, so it is essential you are a great communicator, able to inspire your team and spot potential.

We are looking for a proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches. We expect great campaign and sector knowledge from experiential to digital. Your strategic ability and insight of your clients must be second to none. At the end of the day your client is your business and you must know everything about them inside and out to enable you to solve the issue at hand and increase your client’s revenue.

  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Passion for brand activation
  • Ability to maintain strong internal relationships with all teams and external client relationships
  • Autonomous management of large accounts and knowledge of creative processes
  • Result target-driven, creative & fast learning mind-set AND rigorous, organised and analytical

Required work experience:

3+ years of relevant work experience.
