Talent Managers
The creative industry relies on thousands of talented people who build a career in communication. In order to attract and keep a more than fair share of talent, more and more agencies decide to hire or appoint a Talent Manager who often combines hard topics such as fleet issues with soft topics such as nurturing a culture of welbeing on the workfloor. The Expert Center was created in 2023 in order to bring together the Talent Managers and promote coopertion and exchange of best practices.
