What is the role of a senior project manager

Core purpose:

  • DRIVE Innovation in the nightlife, festivals & events
  • LEAD and nurture the client services team to provide the very highest levels of client servicing.
  • BUILD strong client relationships at the highest level.
  • HELP identify and convert new business opportunities.

Specifically:

  • To lead the process to write and execute client development plans for Key Client Relationships (to deliver revenue targets by client)
  • To develop best practice client servicing and to run regular sessions with the client servicing team to share knowledge and experience
  • To personally lead one or two Key Client Relationships.
  • To seek and develop client development opportunities.
  • To contribute to the process to win new business.

Required work experience:

Skills and experience necessary for this role:

As Senior project Manager you will be expected to demonstrate skills and experience. Ultimately you will be responsible for the guidance and development of your co-workers, so it is essential you are a great communicator, able to inspire your team and spot potential.

We are looking for a proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches. We expect great campaign and sector knowledge in experiential. Your strategic ability is a must. At the end of the day your client is your business and you must know everything about them inside and out to enable you to solve the issue at hand and increase your client’s revenue. And finally … Do you love life? We need someone with an open view on society and who can translate human trends and human behavior into brand experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Passion for brand activation
  • Ability to maintain strong internal relationships with all teams and external client relationships
  • Autonomous management of large accounts and knowledge of creative processes
  • Result target-driven, creative & fast learning mind-set AND rigorous, organised and analytical
