Speaker: Kaat Jansen
Coaching people smartly and getting them to move positively - how do you do that? Not by convincing, pushing or pulling on them.... But then how?
This half-day workshop will give you the most important tools. We teach you how to coach using the GRROW model (by Jeff Clement). You learn basic skills you can already experiment with (exploration, appreciation and engaged confrontation form the basis).
Practice is central and you get feedback from peers and from Kaat. You inspire, challenge and adjust. In doing so, you show some guts. Frankness and connection are central.
This workshop is in Dutch or English.
Two sessions of max 15 participants (morning or afternoon). If you have a specific preference, please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org
Kaat is an enthusiastic occupational and organisational psychologist with a keen interest in motivation and coaching. She is a lecturer at Thomas More, trainer at Talent Tracks and co-author of "Presenting with impact" (Acco Publishing House, 2020).
