We use the methodology developed by Jef Clement. The GRROW model and 7 skills (Valuing, engaging confrontation, inspiring and also exploring, allowing feelings, challenging and relaxing). You get hands-on tips and practical examples for valuing and inspiring your team. Growth in giving feedback.
