Young potentials from Generations Y and Z, especially their lifestyles, tastes and preferences, are making agencies’ management teams nervous. What are their professional expectations? Which values prevail? What keeps them motivated? Etc.
ACC Belgium Expert Center Sector Challenges, in collaboration with Trendwolves, has initiated a project to help our member agencies understand Gen Y and Z better, and to identify their differences and similarities. In an introductory Masterclass, “Gen Y & Z: How to Attract and Motivate Young Talents”, trend researcher Amélie Rombauts shared insights on generational shifts in the workforce.
The next step is a quantitative survey among participating member agencies.
The quantitative internal survey wants to generate specific insights for the creative industry. An online questionnaire, established by Trendwolves with input from our Expert Centres, will be sent to a representative sample of employees from participating member agencies.
The participation fee for the survey is 600€ per agency. The return will be a detailed report and an invitation to the presentation of the results by Trendwolves. Data per agency will be made available to the respective agencies.
