When do you really listen? Sounds simple, but it is often very difficult in a high-pressure work environment. Most people are not good, let alone great, in listening. Although a smart listener can really make the difference.
In this workshop you learn more than the classic LSQ (Listen – Summarize – Questions). You get hands-on pointers and real cases to implement in your own job (and maybe even at home).
Practice makes perfect, but perfect is boring. You get real exercises and feedback from your peers and Sana. Team lead, account or project manager? Become a smart listener in 3 hours.
This workshop will be in Dutch or English. There will be two sessions. One in the morning or one in the afternoon.
