What is it?
- A legal frame to offer a ‘stage’ to an unemployed jobseeker, often school leavers, with modest remuneration
- It should be used for temporary employment (eg 6 months)
- It must be accompanied by a training plan, approved by VDAB or ONEM
- There has to be a written agreement, including objectives and modalities of the stage
