In collaboration with UBA & UMA, we assembled a Belgian version of the WFA D&I Guide. We worked together with many communication agencies to be able to provide our members with relevant information. We worked together with Allyens, a marketing agency specialized in inclusion. They designed a 'self-test' for companies, to able to determine how well they apply diversion and inclusion in their creative process so far.
The guide mainly focuses on diversity and inclusion throughout the creative process, by illustrating 12 steps going from the business and brand challenges all the way up to evaluation & analysis. Every step is assembled with a Belgian example, to make sure all readers understand the action points.
