As an Account Manager, you are the primary liaison between your agency and the clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, communicating them to the agency team, and ensuring that the delivered creative work aligns with client expectations. You play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing project timelines, and overseeing the successful execution of advertising campaigns. 

  • You act as your main point of contact for project modifications.
  • You ensure smooth follow-up and transmission of manufacturing details to your relevant teams (graphic, multimedia, and text content).
  • You closely follow the development and deadlines of your project.
  • You manage the banking of securities efficiently.
  • You take charge of the amicable collection of sums owed to the client. 
  • You can expand your client network and prospects by executing a canvassing action plan. You have to maintain relationships, develop partnerships, present new offers, and carefully analyze client requests. If needed, you can provide after-sales service and manage public relations actions.
