As a CCO (Chief Commercial Office), you develop and manage the application of the company's commercial policy and strategy in your field of action. You determine the commercial objectives in conjunction with the general management and supervise your achievement through prospecting and sales, in conjunction with internal and/or external teams. 

  • You implement and tailor the commercial policy to meet clients' needs in terms of communication and creation strategy. 
  • You provide advice to clients. 
  • You validate creations based on the proposals of the sales teams in terms of advertising and communication strategy. 
  • You control budgets. 
  • You manage budgets in terms of financial profitability and commercial costs. 
  • You participate in the financial management of a client portfolio in terms of return on investment.

  • You participate in the negotiation of the most important client contracts. 
  • You animate client presentations on large budgets, including internationally. 
  • You organize the teams (accounts, creation, production, etc.) involved in the realization of an advertising campaign. 
  • You supervise the quality of the work of the sales teams you lead. 
  • You are responsible for the commercial policy of the agency or its Business Unit. 
  • Apply analytical thinking for market research, trend analysis, and understanding economic data and legislation in crafting an informed commercial prospecting strategy. 
  • Utilize strong sales and canvassing skills, build relationships, develop partnerships, and provide after-sales service to drive sustained business growth. 
  • Excel in budget management, profitability analysis, coordination, and effective communication for successful project outcomes. 
  • Navigate negotiations with strong negotiation skills, contractual knowledge, and analytical thinking, ensuring favourable terms. 
  • Demonstrate leadership, motivation, goal setting, coordination, advisory, coaching, and effective communication skills for a positive team environment and conflict resolution.
