As a Client Service Director, you play an essential role in providing strategic guidance for client projects, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives. You also foster strong client relationships, serving as trusted advisors. This position involves leadership of multidisciplinary teams, budget management, and contributions to strategic planning for effective campaign execution. You  analyze performance, spot opportunities, and significantly contribute to agency growth through client acquisition and retention. 

  • You coordinate teams with a focus on managing a commercial team, motivating members involved in campaign realization, and ensuring seamless coordination among internal and external departments for strategic, creative, and technical plans.
  • You oversee production, ensuring compliance with fixed schedules.
  • You take charge of budget management, overseeing budgets and actively participating in the preparation of construction quotes for communication campaigns.
  • You prioritize team training, providing continuous support and stimulating the skills development of your team.
  • In terms of the business approach, you guarantee a strong commercial approach, ensure turnover aligns with business objectives, and stay vigilant with economic trends in your sector.
  • You manage and monitor a portfolio of media agencies.
  • You follow up on the development of the media plan and the execution of purchases, coordinating and controlling purchases made by your teams. 
  • You excel in project management, ensuring proper execution, timely development of tools, and adherence to quality standards and methodologies.
  • You expertly plan project stages, considering deadlines, internal or external client requirements, and allocated budgets.
  • You adeptly monitor and manage budgets in alignment with client objectives and allocated resources, while also overseeing the invoicing of services or payments, following company procedures.
  • You are skilled at motivating and leading teams. You create collaborative conditions, offer guidance, advice, and dialogue, supervise tasks, and address conflicts when necessary.
  • You actively contribute to the skills development of your team(s), implementing integration paths, assessing learning needs, and ensuring the application of learning situations.
