As an IT Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the agency's IT infrastructure and technology resources. You manage the IT team, set technology strategies, and ensure secure and efficient systems aligned with business goals. Your role involves selecting and implementing software, hardware, and network solutions, and safeguarding data security. You provide technical support to ensure a smooth and secure environment that supports advertising initiatives and agency operations. 

  • You discuss the state of affairs, address problems, and review project progress with the department staff.
  • You supervise employees, identify their training needs, and keep them informed about professional domain evolutions.
  • You ensure the adherence to IT security rules.
  • You stay updated on market developments and innovations, proposing new solutions to management.
  • You, in consultation with management, decide whether a project will be developed internally or by an external firm.
  • You negotiate with suppliers for material purchases within the department's budget.
  • You ensure adjustments agreed with users are implemented and promptly resolve any technical problems. 
  • You are familiar with various IT applications and systems and stay updated on industry developments, with the ability to work proficiently.
  • You can communicate clearly and objectively in group settings, effectively defending your own point of view.
  • You have the ability to exchange information on IT applications and projects with external suppliers, team members, and other departments.
  • You ensure the organization of the IT department within institutional procedures.
  • You can formulate proposals for the purchase of new IT applications.
