As a Web Analytics Specialist, you analyze campaign and website performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. You work with analytical tools to assess KPIs, collaborate with teams to align data analysis with campaign objectives, and provide data-driven insights. You create reports and visualizations to convey insights, ultimately contributing to refining advertising campaigns, enhancing user experience, and driving better results through informed decision-making.
- You develop requested projects in cooperation with operators and programmers, supervising their work.
- You test and ensure the implementation of new developments, providing follow-up, user training, bug correction, and upgrades.
- You develop interfaces and/or applications for externally developed programs, checking their compatibility with internal software.
- You analyze IT systems to detect or prevent problems, seeking solutions when operators or programmers can't find one.
- You ensure the maintenance and improvement of software.
- You possess specialized knowledge in computer science, encompassing both software development (including programming) and hardware.
- You demonstrate an overall technical vision to approach and solve problems.
- In problem-solving, you tackle technical issues through data collection and analysis, translating jargon into understandable language for users.
