Communication & Project Intern

ACC, Zaventem | 2 to 6 months, flexible start date

Okay but first, let's be real

You've scrolled past fifty vacancies that all say "dynamic team" and "fast paced environment" and mean nothing by it. This one's different, promise. We need someone who can write a caption that actually gets read, who gets genuinely excited about a good content shoot and who wants a real seat at the table instead of six months of "shadowing." If that's you, keep scrolling. In the good way.

Who's ACC

We're the association connecting Belgium's marketing and communication agencies. Basically, we're the people behind the scenes making sure the industry's best work (and best people) get seen. Small team, zero bureaucracy, big network. You'll know everyone's name by week two.

What you'll actually do

  • Run and create content for our social channels, the kind of posts people actually stop scrolling for

  • Write newsletters and comms that don't sound like they were written by a robot (unless we ask you to, for the bit)

  • Be behind the camera at events, capturing the content that makes people wish they were there

  • Help out on-site at events when things need an extra pair of hands

  • Get a real look at day to day operations and follow up on projects, so you actually understand how things move

  • Some admin, because yes, every job has that 2%

What we're hoping you bring

  • You're studying marketing, communications or something in that lane

  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English (French is a nice bonus)

  • You're organized. Things don't slip through the cracks on your watch

  • You've got a visual eye or you just love creating stuff and it shows

  • Comfortable with a camera or ready to get comfortable fast

  • Energy, curiosity, a sense of humor. We work hard, we don't take ourselves too seriously

What's in it for you

  • Direct access to the biggest names in the industry. Small team means you're in the room, not watching from the hallway

  • A real front row seat to how this industry actually works

  • Actual responsibility, not a fake "project" to keep you busy

  • People who will genuinely teach you things

  • 2 days/week working from home

  • Flexible start, 2 to 6 months, make it yours

Feeling it? Send your CV and a few lines on why this one caught your eye to kiana@acc.be. We actually read them.
