Because behind every smooth-running creative industry, there’s someone quietly making sure everything works.
Calendars align. Databases behave. Events magically appear fully catered.

And that’s where you come in.

We’re ACC: the backstage of the Belgian advertising industry.
We connect agencies, support talent, host events, run trainings and keep the whole ecosystem humming.

Now we’re looking for a hands-on Office Hero 🦸

You’ll:

• Keep our office running like a well-oiled (but friendly) machine
• Handle administrative follow-up without breaking a sweat
• Manage registrations for events and brainery sessions
• Update and maintain our database (yes, it matters more than people think)
• Prepare and follow up newsletters
• Keep an eye on our TikTok channel (hello, algorithms 👋)
• Host events and trainings: setting up rooms, arranging catering, making sure drinks are cold and people are happy

You are:

• Organised, proactive and allergic to chaos (or at least good at taming it)
• Fluent in Dutch & English – French is a flex
• A natural fixer who enjoys ticking things off lists
• Comfortable juggling admin with people and practical stuff
• Not afraid to take responsibility and ownership
• At the start of your career or already with some work experience? As long as you fit the role, we’d love to hear from you ✌️
