WANTED: Office Hero
We're looking for a Office Hero to join our team!

Why do we need you?
Because behind every smooth-running creative industry, there’s someone quietly making sure everything works.
Calendars align. Databases behave. Events magically appear fully catered.
And that’s where you come in.
We’re ACC: the backstage of the Belgian advertising industry.
We connect agencies, support talent, host events, run trainings and keep the whole ecosystem humming.
Now we’re looking for a hands-on Office Hero 🦸
You’ll:
- Keep our office running like a well-oiled (but friendly) machine
- Handle administrative follow-up without breaking a sweat
- Manage registrations for events and brainery sessions
- Update and maintain our database (yes, it matters more than people think)
- Prepare and follow up newsletters
- Keep an eye on our TikTok channel (hello, algorithms 👋)
- Host events and trainings: setting up rooms, arranging catering, making sure drinks are cold and people are happy
You are:
- Organised, proactive and allergic to chaos (or at least good at taming it)
- Fluent in Dutch & English – French is a flex
- A natural fixer who enjoys ticking things off lists
- Comfortable juggling admin with people and practical stuff
- Not afraid to take responsibility and ownership
- At the start of your career or already with some work experience? As long as you fit the role, we’d love to hear from you ✌️
