About Anke:
What is the difference between cisgender, transgender, and non-binary? How can we break gender stereotypes? Why is it better to use "they" instead of "he/she"?
Anke will answer your questions and teach you the difference between sex, gender, and sexuality. She will explain the use of gender-neutral pronouns and how you can apply them. Anke will prepare you to develop gender-inclusive campaigns, strategies, and content.
About Nadia:
Nadia Hanssens has been working on diversity policies at the Flemish public broadcaster for over ten years. Her team is the go-to for anyone creating content for VRT. In this session, Nadia will share her experiences and provide insights on how to communicate in a diverse and inclusive manner.
