Sales & Purchase terms
Every agency has different sales & purchase terms, which is why they hardly ever get signed by clients who don’t bother to read them carefully. Which is why ACC has developed a standard set of Sales & Purchase terms, signed “ACC”, so that clients will only have to check one document regardless of the agency they work with.
They have been updated in December 2022, including specific terms for 'Force Majeure' & indexation.
