Briefing AV Production Company

The Agency needs to send out the Production Insurance Briefing Specification (PIBS) along with the film script to Production Companies it wants to consider for producing the film(s). 

At the start of the pitch, the Agency will let the Production Companies know which ones have been selected to pitch. Once the Agency has decided on the Production Company it wants to hire, it will notify them either through a purchase order or any other written confirmation method (including email) to indicate acceptance of the Production Company's offer to produce the film. The final, complete PIBS along with the script, the Production Company's cost estimate, and the treatment of the film will collectively form the Agreement between the parties.
