With these guidelines, independent advertising production houses (represented by BCPB and CFP Belgium) and communication agencies (represented by ACC) aim to achieve a healthy and professional collaboration.

If the communication agency decides to organize a creative competition for the production of an advertisement film, these guidelines ensure a smooth, professional process. The guidelines are clear and logical, formulated in a way that benefits all parties involved, and by extension, the entire sector."
